We have many more products in stock than are currently listed on the site, with regular deliveries of new appliances almost daily, so even if the appliance you are looking for is not presently listed, do get in touch with us and we may already have it in stock, or can source it for you within a few days.

† Free delivery - Our delivery times are morning (9am - 12pm) and afternoon (12pm - 5pm) Monday to Friday. If requested, our engineer will call approximately 30 minutes before he arrives. If the phone is not answered, we will still arrive at the address between the times given. If no one is at the address to receive the appliance, a card will be left with the date and time of the call and a rescheduled delivery will have to be made. An appliance WILL NOT BE LEFT at an address unless there is somebody there to sign for it.

* Installation - Washing Machine installation and removal of old appliance is £30.00 and includes disconnection and removal of your old appliance.

^ Recycling of your old appliance. Your old appliance must be disconnected safely by a suitably qualified person, and must be accessible to our delivery driver and free from obstruction (i.e. at the bottom of a set of stairs). N.B. There is a £10.00 charge for removal of your old appliance from our Whitby store. This is to cover the cost of transportation to Middlesbrough for recycling.
